Smudge Kits

Hi everyone, Just some information on our smudge kits from wolf, spirit, sage!

Sage has been used for years to remove negative energy and has the effects of relieving worries, clearing negative thoughts and feelings while harmonizing the body. 

Many of our kits come with the clear crystal quartz which is considered the “Master Healer”, and can connect with all seven chakras as well as manifest your intentions. 

The Abalone shell is used as a smudge bowl to burn sage in. It also carries healing properties as well as energies of protection and emotional balance. 

Citrine is a protective crystal. It heightens self-discipline and willpower, attracting professional success and wealth. 

Amethyst is often used in meditation and is helpful in purifying the mind and clearing it of stress and negative thoughts.
